When do I need to RSVP by?

We will have instructions on RSVPs when we send out invitations!

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed. If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. If it is after the RSVP date and you won't be able to make it anymore, please contact Tripp or Loren directly to ensure that we can accommodate this change!

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at Defiance Ridge Vineyards! The ceremony (weather permitting) will be held outside on the patio.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

5:30pm Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm. We request that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to assure you don't miss anything. This will allow you time to park, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will not be allowed to enter while the ceremony is in progress.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will appear on your invitation. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event surrounded by our family and close friends. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We encourage you to take this as an opportunity to have a date night!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No. But not to worry! We have an extremely talented photographer who will be capturing these moments. We ask that you silence your phone. Be present and enjoy this moment with us!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. We kindly ask that you wear slacks and a button down, suit, or midi/maxi dresses. Please no jeans, shorts, or graphic t-shirts. Please avoid wearing white or ivory!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing beer, wine, and seltzers for us all to enjoy!

Is there parking onsite?

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue.
