Is there a dress code?
Answer

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will be a shuttle available both ways picking up at 3:30pm and dropping guests off at 10:00pm the end of the night at The Westin at The Domain (11301 Domain Dr, Austin, TX 78758). We recommend using the shuttle for your arrival and return, as the venue is located in the hills along winding, unlit roads. The shuttle will pick up at the conclusion of the wedding, so please plan accordingly. Time TBD. The Domain is a large shopping and entertainment district with plenty of restaurants and bars—perfect if you’d like to keep the celebration going!

Do you have hotel room blocks?
Answer
Hotel room block codes for The Westin at the Domain, The Archer, and The Element can be found in the Travel section of the website. There are also plenty of other hotels and Airbnb options available in the area.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.

Yes, please notify Loren or Phil if you have a food allergy. You can also add it to the RSVP.

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Kindly reply yes or no before February 1st.

Can I change my RSVP?
Answer
Please submit any changes to your RSVP in the RVSP tab, including attendance status, meal selection, or shuttle preferences, by February 1, 2027.

Will it be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. If it rains, we’ll move the ceremony inside.
