Joshua and Loren met in December 2021 in Pensacola, Florida, at a mutual friend’s gathering—one of those moments that, at the time, felt simple, but would quietly change everything. What began as an easy friendship quickly grew into something deeper, rooted in our shared love for fitness, music, studying, and exploring new restaurants together. In those early days, we found comfort in each other’s presence. We spent long hours side by side—Loren immersed in studying for her boards, and Joshua navigating what came next after his time in the Air Force. Somewhere in between the quiet routines and the uncertainty of that season, our connection deepened into something undeniable. As our dreams began to align and our desire for something bigger grew, we took a leap of faith together and moved to Atlanta in the fall of 2022. It was more than just a change of scenery—it was the beginning of building a life together, hand in hand, with hope, love, and excitement for everything ahead. Through every new experience in Atlanta, we continued to grow—not only as individuals, but as partners. Whether it was navigating new challenges or celebrating small victories, we learned what it truly meant to support and choose each other every day. It became clear that no matter where life would take us, home was simply wherever we were together. Side by side, we grew—not only in our careers and fitness journeys, but in our faith and in the foundation we were building together. With each new season, we learned more about what it means to truly support one another, to grow together, and to choose each other every single day. What began as a simple meeting has grown into a love we are endlessly grateful for. Through every step, challenge, and joy, we have found our greatest blessing in the Lord and one another—and we cannot wait to continue this journey as husband and wife.
