FAQs

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact the bride, Loren, at (254) 423-0945
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love if everyone would RSVP by May 1st!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

YES! We are registered at Target and Amazon.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts right at 2:00pm, so it would be best to be parked and walking up to the ceremony by NO LATER than 1:50pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Not in particular- we want everyone to be comfortable! It will be a true beginning-of-summer day, so I would try and dress warm; if it is forecasted to rain, information will be sent out the week of the wedding.

Question

Should I wear high heels?

Answer

It would be best to stray away from shoes with skinny heels, as our ceremony will be held on grass. If heels are your jam, we recommend small, not-too-high, chunky heels or wedges.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

There are a select few people who have been assigned plus ones, so pay attention when you RSVP to see if you have a guest assigned to you.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are recommending that the wedding be treated as a date for parents- only a few kids will be there, so if you don't know if your kid(s) should come, I would suggest leaving them behind and coming to relax!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to our travel page for hotel recommendations.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Sure! We are just going to be serving snack-y foods, not a meal. All food items will be well-spaced with separate serving utensils, but if there is a particular request, please contact the bride.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! We will have signs and ushers to aid in spots, but there is a large field with plenty of space for parking.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Not that we are aware of. It is a holiday weekend, so traffic may or may not be an issue to consider. It is best to always travel with estimated traffic times in mind.
