When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by September 1st 2025 so we can communicate guest counts to the caterer and venue staff.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a grass field adjacent to the venue that is used for parking. It will be to your right hand side (north) as you turn off the county highway towards the property. You walk through a short pathway through the trees to the venue. There are handicap parking accommodations directly in front of the venue, if you will need this please continue straight past the regular parking area.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Guests are welcome to begin arriving at 3:00, we ask that you are seated by 3:45.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our official "dress code" is Outdo The Bride! We love excuses to dress up, and love seeing people we care about dressed up. Bold, attention grabbing outfits are encouraged, but not required. Some examples may include: fun or silly printed suits, sequins, unique shoes. The goal is to have fun with it, feel free to get creative! While we'd love for you to get a little dressed up and feel fabulous, what matters most to us is that you're there. All we ask is that you don't show up in sweatpants. The weather the day of will determine whether it is an indoor or outdoor ceremony. It will be the Fall season, so dress accordingly. We recommend either layering or bringing appropriate outer wear for just in case. There will be an outdoor patio set up for the reception, with a small fire and corn hole available.

What the heck is there to eat?

Answer

We're glad you asked! Our menu for the Supper is going to be a buffet, self-serve style meal consisting of Garlic Herb Roasted Pork Loin, Grilled Maple BBQ Chicken Breasts, Macaroni & Cheese, Whipped Sweet Potatoes, Roasted Corn, Garden Salad and Dinner Rolls with Whipped Butter. We are hoping there is something for everyone to enjoy!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please make sure any food restrictions or allergies are put on your RSVP so we can notify the caterer. Dinner will be served buffet style.

Is there anything else guests should know?

Answer

Our location actually has 2 wedding venues on the same property. Our chosen venue is the "Pines White". There may potentially be another event at the "Pines Black", which is further onto the property. So please watch out for vehicles headed in that direction, they have a different location for parking.

What is your favorite song that makes you think of Her?

Answer

Oh man. Thats a tough one to narrow down as there are so many good ones. Nothing Else Matters by Metallica, Sun To Me by Zach Bryan, Better Together by Luke Combs, Cover Me Up by Morgan Wallen, to name a few. However, I think my favorite by far is Alkaline by Sleep Token.
