On a snowy day in January 2022, Alex & Loren met on a group snowboarding trip to Big Bear, California. They were introduced by a mutual friend and didn't think much of each other after their initial meeting. Throughout the year though, they would occasionally bump into each other at gatherings or parties and exchange hellos and smiles, still not thinking much of each other. But one summer night, in July 2022, they saw each other at a county fair and Alex gave Loren a compliment that made her smile from ear to ear. Suddenly, she began to notice him in a way she hadn't before. They indulged in a longer exchange with one another, actually having a conversation in depth, and they left knowing a little bit more about each other. But it wasn't until December 2022, where they both spotted each other at a party, talked all night and danced together, that they then exchanged numbers and have been talking and laughing with each other ever since!
