Please RSVP by Friday, April 1, so we can have a final headcount to plan accordingly.
Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Black-tie optional or formal attire. For ladies, cocktail dresses, pantsuits, and gowns are welcome. For gentlemen, suits or tuxedos are welcome.
Yes, the hotel has a parking lot that is free for all guests.
If you would like to get us a gift, we appreciate cash, personal checks, or accept online payments under our registry tab for our “new home” and “honeymoon” funds that are safe and secure. You are more than welcome to bring your gift on the day of the wedding where there will be a box for cards and well wishes.
Because we have hired a professional photographer to capture the day, we ask that our guests please refrain from taking out their phones and cameras so they can be present and in the moment during the ceremony. Please feel free to use your devices during the cocktail hour and dinner reception. We will be more than happy to share the photos we’ve captured during the ceremony after the wedding :)
The ceremony will take place indoors at The Conservatory at The Madison Hotel. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the hotel patio weather-permitting, so please be mindful of the weather on that day. The dinner reception will also be held indoors at The Conservatory.
We will not be instilling any protocols and/or requirements regarding COVID-19 during our wedding. Masks will not be required but are still welcome if you wish.
