Question

Will you enforce masks at the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

Due to COVID-19 masks will be enforced at the ceremony health permitting. During the reception, masks will be provided should you choose to wear one.

Question

Will social distancing be enforced?

Answer

Socially distancing will be strictly enforced during the ceremony, following all guidelines laid out by the Diocese of Grand Rapids. Appropriate distances will be set up at the reception as well. (Guest list has been cut in half at the same venue.)

Question

Can I leave my car at the reception venue overnight if I’ve had too much to drink?

Answer

Yes! They encourage it! We would rather you safe than sorry.

Question

Do ride-share services work at the reception venue?

Answer

Yes! Uber and Lyft will both work.

Question

Will the reception be air-conditioned?

Answer

Unfortunately no, the barn will however have doors open and fans running if the weather holds up. Please dress appropriately!

Question

Alcohol options?

Answer

Open bar. Tips would be appreciated by the bartenders. Please drink responsibly and plan your trip home before drinking.

Question

I only RSVP’d myself and my +1. Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We would really appreciate if you did not, as we will be at max capacity already.

Question

Will there be assigned seating?

Answer

Nope! Sit wherever! However, please be respectful and make room for everyone. Do not leave anyone without a seat if at all possible.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Target! However, our most-wanted gift would simply be a donation to our honeymoon fund so that we can have the honeymoon of our dreams.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. Parking is limited so we suggest arriving early.
