I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

No problem, when you RSVP there will be a question about dietary restrictions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we are limiting the number of little ones on our wedding day to those listed on the invitation due to capacity. We hope you take this as an opportunity take the night off and enjoy a fun date night!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you recieved a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the venue 30 minutes ahead of our ceremony starting to allow time for parking, chatting, and time to find your seat. Our ceremony will start promptly at 5pm.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoor. The ceremony will be held on an outdoor path with some uneven bricks, so please be cautious wearing heels. Consider bringing a light jacket or sweater for the evening.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, we have covered the cost for parking. There are two adjacent parking lots which will be reserved for our guests. We also understand the importance of ensuring everyone gets home safely. Guests may leave their vehicles overnight and pick them up the following day by 10AM.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps and accessible restrooms.

How can I RSVP?

Answer

We will open our RSVP section this fall. You can RSVP directly on our wedding website by clicking the RSVP tab and entering your name. Please RSVP as soon as possible to help us finalize catering and seating arrangements. If you need to change your RSVP after submitting it, please contact us directly at loredoweddingmn@gmail.com.

Where should I stay?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! Minneapolis has an abundance of hotels and AirBnbs to choose from. We recommend staying downtown OR staying in an outskirt suburb of the city and using Uber or Lyft to go back and forth. We have provided our hotel reccomendations near the venue that you may book with for the night or the weekend. This information is located under the 'Travel' tab with links provided to each hotel to check availability and book.

Yes, we will be hosting a bar throughout the evening!
