Best Man
Greg has been best friends with the groom since they were 2 years old. As the story has been told to them, their parents walked into St. Ann's church daycare as they were counting each other's teeth and they have been inseparable ever since, including moving from Boston to Austin in 2012. From Cedar Grove little league to BLS baseball and even current day ATX men's league dominance, sports has always played a major role in their friendship. None more important than their shared love for their beloved Boston Celtics. After having spent several years as roommates in Austin it is safe to say that no one knows the groom better and some people even suspect they may share a brain. If you're looking for a good story about the groom, Greg will be your go-to source!
Maid of Honor
Mari and the bride have been friends since 2006, when they both first moved to Austin from Mexico and Puerto Rico and began working side by side at an insurance company. Since then, they have celebrated everything from birthdays to graduations and holidays quickly becoming each other's chosen family AKA the "Mexirricans". From the early days of International Wedding crashing, and the infamous "nenas que beben" Happy Hours, the bride has always known Mari is her ride-or-die but will always keep her in check as her voice of reason!
Groomsman
Ted or Tex or whichever of his many nicknames you may know him by has been a close friend to the groom since their childhood in Dorchester. He was also roommates with the groom and best man for several years during his time in Austin. From shared experiences at the "Trap House" to sports trips all over the country, this duo is always looking to bring the best vibes wherever they may be. Ted was also an integral part of the Bride and Groom's 1st meeting! Be sure to ask him about St Patty's day 2018!
Bridesmaid
Pamela and the Bride met in Austin in 2012 when Pamela crashed Lorena's birthday party. She was immediately forgiven since she was kind enough to bring a birthday present—a leather coin purse that the bride still treasures! They soon discovered that they were both from the same home state of Chihuahua in Mexico and that their birthdays were only 4 days apart. Since then, they have celebrated their birthdays together every year. Their friendship has blossomed into an amazing bond filled with laughter, honesty, and support for each other. As Sagittarius sisters, they share the same creative, free spirit. Different but alike, they balance each other like yin and yang.
Flower Girl
Lilly is the daughter of the couple's good friends Matt & Kayla. If you ask her, she will say she proposed to the bride first with a beautiful daisy ring that she made during a basketball game, but her love for Uncle Will is bigger and she has allowed them to continue with their nuptials. Her bright and sassy personality will be one you can't miss
Flower Girl
Julia, the daughter of the MOH and Guigo, the officiant, is a cherished addition to the couple's lives as their chosen niece. Her infectious happiness and quick wit are unmistakable, ensuring she will leave a lasting impression. Don't be surprised if she outdances and outparties you throughout the night!
Officiant
Even before the couple got engaged, there was one thing both Will and Lorena had already agreed on: when the big day arrived, Guigo was the only person they wanted to officiate their wedding! He's without a doubt the most creative, bi-cultural, and funny human they've come across, perfectly representing the essence of their social and family circle.
