Please RSVP by August 22, 2027. We kindly ask that all guests respond by this date so we can finalize arrangements with our venue and vendors.
As we are hosting an intimate micro-wedding, venue access is limited to our reserved event time. We kindly ask that guests do not arrive more than 20 minutes before the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, so please plan to arrive between 4:40 PM and 4:55 PM to allow time for parking and seating.
Our celebration will conclude promptly at 9:00 PM. To allow time for our grand exit and guest departures, the couple's send-off will begin approximately 10 minutes beforehand. We appreciate your help in making the transition smooth as we wrap up the evening.
Our ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors. September in Virginia can be warm during the day and cooler after sunset, so we recommend bringing a light layer for the evening and wearing shoes suitable for outdoor terrain.
Our venue has parking available for approximately 20 vehicles. Due to the limited number of spaces, we kindly encourage guests to carpool whenever possible or utilize rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft. Thank you for helping us make the most of the available parking!
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and instead remain present in the moment with us. There will be plenty of opportunities to capture memories afterward, and we'll be sure to share professional photos once they're available.

As we are hosting an intimate micro-wedding with a limited guest count, we are only able to accommodate the individuals specifically named on each invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
While we love your little ones, due to the intimate nature of our celebration and venue capacity restrictions, we are only able to accommodate the children of immediate family members. Thank you for understanding!
