If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! The RSVP deadline will be June 1, 2025. After this date, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to vendor deadlines. You can RSVP through our website by clicking the "RSVP" tab!
Unfortunately due to limited guest space, we are only able to accommodate guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. Each invited guest will be listed on your invitation, and we ask that you do not bring any additional guests aside from those listed. We appreciate your understanding!
We love you and your children, but would prefer if the kiddos hangout at home so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. There will be a few children from our immediate family at the wedding and in the wedding party, but invitations will be specific and will include the names of all invited guests and/or children. We understand this may be difficult, but think of it as a much deserved date night for all you hardworking parents! Thank you for making arrangements in advance to leave the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm CST, so we recommend arriving around 3:30pm. Please at least arrive early enough to give yourself enough time to park and find a seat by 3:45 pm CST. We understand things happen sometimes so if you are late and the ceremony has already begun, please wait outside the ceremony space until we transition to the social hour in the reception hall.
While we do not mind what you wear, please keep in mind that this is a special day for us! We would prefer all guests to dress nicely (Sunday best!), but please avoid shades of white (don't be that person lol). Men, you do not have to dress in a full suit/tuxedo - we ain't that fancy. The ceremony will be outdoors, so plan for a few minutes of July heat!
No, we wish to have an "unplugged" ceremony and ask that you silence and put away all cell phones. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures for us! Once the ceremony ends, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!
Yes, please let us know if you have a food allergy of any sort and we will do our best to accommodate for that!
Although your presence is the best gift we could receive, we realize that some of you would like to give a physical gift. We have our registries linked in the "Registry" tab for easy access to each gift we have selected! If you find a gift you would like to give, you will be directed to the retailer's website (i.e., Walmart or Target) to purchase the product there. We also have two cash funds set up that are connected to the Bride's Venmo account, and these are also included in the registry! Thank you in advance for your generosity!
No, there will be absolutely no alcohol at our wedding. We will not provide any alcohol to any guests and we expect all guests to refrain from bringing any alcohol to the wedding. We also expect guests to refrain from smoking or vaping while on the venue property. Please respect this decision, we appreciate your understanding.
Yes, there will be parking attendants at the venue that will direct you to a parking spot. There will also be attendants to shuttle guests in golf carts from the parking lot to the ceremony space. Following the ceremony, attendants will also be available to shuttle guests to the reception hall for social hour.
