FAQs

Question

Will there be a ceremony?

Answer

Nope! The legal part is happening beforehand. The party is the fun part.

Question

What is the schedule for the night?

Answer

No set schedule - just music, food, and friendship from start to finish. Very casual. We just want everyone to relax and enjoy time together (and with us).

Question

What can I expect for food and beverage?

Answer

Our favorite Hill Country caterer, Revel Catering, will be serving a night of progressive, heavy passed appetizers.....plenty to keep you fueled and on the dance floor. If you’re used to a full meal right at 5pm, you may want to grab a quick snack beforehand. Plated children’s meals will also be available. The vineyard will be pouring their estate wines, and catering will host a separate bar with beer and specialty cocktails. Please do not bring outside alcohol.... TABC frowns on that.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

March 30th if you want to eat :)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Of course, please just let us know if your date is someone other than the person listed on your invite.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Definitely! Just a heads-up that the vineyard is right along Turtle Creek, so kids will need to stay close.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Texas chic – We will be outdoors most of the evening, so dress comfortably and keep an eye on the weather (Texas loves to change its mind). Expect uneven walkways and grass, so flat shoes or boots are your friend.

Question

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty of parking and you are also welcome to leave your car there overnight!
