Will children be invited?

Answer

While we love all of your children, we also would like the parents to have a night off! We have asked for our wedding to be an adult-only event. The flower girl and ring bearer will be in attendance. Please reach out to us with any questions at lcarpenter999@gmail.com.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional. Lake Oak Meadows is an outdoor venue and while we will have heaters for the evening, please make sure to bring a jacket or sweater. The dinner reception will be under a tent so guests will be shielded from the elements.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00PM. Please arrive 15 min early to take your seats and enjoy a celebratory glass of champagne while you wait.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Our venue is located near the winery resorts in the area but approximately 20 min from the some of the hotels. Transportation will be provided for select hotels. Please see the Schedule page. The reception will end promptly at 10:00PM where transportation will be provided for guests who would like to join the bride and groom at the after party.

Will there be any food options for dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Answer

Please inform the bride or groom of any food allergies or dietary restrictions and we will try to accommodate the best we can.

Where is the after-party?

Answer

We would love for our guests to continue the celebrations with us late into the evening. We will be transporting any willing guests to the Pechanga Casino (20 minutes from the venue).
