Matron of Honor
Corrie has been my very best friend since the first day of volleyball tryouts, as I entered the 6th grade, and she was starting the 7th. She is genuine, loyal and has the most beautiful heart. No matter the distance between us, our relationship has never missed a beat. These friendships are the most rare in life, and I treasure ours. I am truly blessed to have her in my life, and am thrilled she is my matron of honor!
Bridesmaid
Noelle is my "go to" person. Never having had a sister, she has been there for me through everything since the day she stepped into our lives. She has been the biggest blessing to me, being my shoulder to cry on, teaching me everything I know about hair and makeup, and how to hold my head high when times are tough. Noelle loves her people more fiercely than anyone I know. She taught me what it is like to feel the love of a sister, and I will always cherish that. I couldn't say "I do" without her!
Bridesmaid
Kayla is Seth's sister, and I have really hit the sister jackpot with her. Kayla has loved and accepted me since the beginning of my relationship with Seth and I cannot express how much that has meant to me! Kayla is so kind-hearted and loves others fiercely. Her laugh is contagious and she is just as beautiful on the outside as she is on the inside. I am beyond blessed to be gaining a sister in Kayla, and am so glad she is one of my bridesmaids!
Bridesmaid
Katie and I are cousins. I could go ahead and say this about all three of my cousins, but we might as well all be sisters. Katie and I never stop laughing when we are together. She is hilarious, kind-hearted, and lights up a room with her personality. I love every minute I get to spend with Katie, and I am so glad she is going to be one of my bridesmaids!
Bridesmaid
Victoria is also my cousin who I would claim as a sister. Victoria and I have always been very close. We are one week apart in age and love spending time together. Life with Victoria is always an adventure, and her bright personality can put anyone in the best mood. Whether we are talking about our life plans, or laughing our heads off, I wouldn't trade the time I get to spend with her for anything. I could not get married without her by my side!
Bridesmaid
Kayla has such a genuine and loving heart. She is another cousin I love like a sister. I've always admired her ability to love everyone so well, and how she consistently serves others. She is so kind, and as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Kayla got married this past May and I was thrilled to stand with her as she said, "I do", and I can't imagine my wedding day without her!
Bridesmaid
I always say the Lord knew we needed each other when He brought Anna into my life. We met at the beginning of nursing school, and she simply balances me out. She is such a great friend, always knowing what I need before I even know it. She is thoughtful, kind-hearted and the only person I know that loves coffee as much as me. I couldn't get married without you standing beside me, Anna!
Bridesmaid
Mary-Caroline and I met in college playing powderpuff football during our freshman year. She was our team's quarterback, a killer one at that. Since then, we have shared an apartment for the past 3 years. Mary-Caroline's laugh can make anyone smile. She is so real and down-to-earth, which are characteristics I truly admire. I couldn't have made it through college without her, and I wouldn't want to say, "I do" without her either!
Bridesmaid
Megan is another once in a lifetime friend. She has such a servant's heart, and would do almost anything for anyone. She has helped me survive nursing school in so many ways: whether it be long nights studying, making Cook Out runs, or waking me up when I’ve overslept for class. Megan has been there for me through every high and low that nursing school has brought with it. I couldn't ask for a better friend than her. I am so blessed to have Megan as a bridesmaid!
Bridesmaid
Sandra is the life of the party! She is another of my once in a lifetime friends. Not only is she one of the funniest people that I've ever met, she would go to battle for anyone she loves. Her light shines so bright and she is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She is one of the most genuine people that I know and her heart for others is so evident. I couldn't imagine saying, "I do" without her next to me saying, "That's a queen".
Best Man
Josh is Seth’s oldest brother and best friend. They talk all day, every day. Seth looks up to Josh for so many reasons, some being the awesome dad he is to Seth’s twin niece and nephew, how thoughtful he is to those around him and his ambition and drive in life. It wouldn’t be right for Seth to get married without Josh being the one standing right beside him.
Groomsman
Brent is Seth’s second oldest brother who he also considers to be one of his best friends. They spent a lot of time with each other growing up doing things they both loved like playing golf and ping pong together. Seth really values Brent’s opinion and advice and looks up to him for his willingness to take risks and not follow the crowd. As much as Seth loves to give Brent a hard time, he is one of the most intelligent people that we have ever met and Seth would never imagine getting married without him by his side.
Groomsman
Joey is Lora’s oldest brother and has always been seen in her eyes as her protector. He loves his people with all his heart and she is lucky to have him as one of her lifelong best friends. Joey consistently thinks of others before himself and Lora has always looked up to him, always cherishing his advice and the time they get to spend together. There are not many things that Lora treasures more than her relationships with her brothers and we would not be about to say “I do” without Joey by our side.
Groomsman
Wil is Lora’s second big brother and her lifelong best friend. He is 18 months older than she is and they grew up doing everything together. Wil is Lora’s go to person for just about anything, whether it be a rant session, a laugh or a shoulder to cry on. Just like Joey, if Wil was not a groomsman, they would both be wearing dresses and be standing on the other side as bridesmen. Wil has always been very protective of his sister and thankfully, he and Seth have really hit it off as great friends.
Groomsman
If Seth was in a tough situation and had to call a friend for help, PJ would be his first call. Seth went to Spartanburg Christian Academy (SCA) growing up and Pj was the first friend that he ever made there when they were both 8 years old. They stayed extremely close growing up, playing on the same football, baseball and basketball teams, and went on to become roommates in college and after. Pj and Seth have always done everything together, so it was just natural to make him a groomsman.
Groomsman
Clardy is another friend that Seth met through SCA. If you know Seth, you know he is a shoe connoisseur, and we have Clardy to thank for helping to spark his initial interest in shoes. Clardy is the type of friend that even though he and Seth don’t get to spend as much time together as they would like, their friendship always picks up right where it left off. As kids they would go on family vacations together and they also played on the same football and basketball teams. He is one of the funniest people Seth knows and we couldn’t imagine our wedding day without him.
Groomsman
Seth and Ben also became good friends at SCA in middle school. They ran track together and stayed very close throughout middle and high school and went on to live together at CSU. There they had very similar schedules, so they spent tons of time in class and in the dorm together. Seth and Ben spent a summer abroad in China through CSU and as you can imagine, this brought them even closer as they spent two months doing everything together. Seth and Ben also both went on to work at MUSC after college and often were able to catch each other for lunch. Ben is one of Seth’s best friends and we couldn’t get married without him!
Groomsman
Jonathan is Seth’s cousin who’s he views as his third brother. They have been inseparable since birth. Seth and Jonathan grew up doing everything together, but enjoyed playing football together the most. Seth and Jonathan got to spend one year together going to CSU while Jonathan was a freshman and Seth was a senior. Now that Seth has graduated, Jonathan still spends a lot of time at Seth’s apartment while they watch football, play poker or just eat together. They always have a great time together and we couldn’t get married without Seth’s little brother that he never had!
Groomsman
Grant has been Seth’s best friend since birth. He can always make Seth laugh when he is down and is one of the most loyal people that Seth knows. They played football together growing up and spent many weekends together at their grandma, “Neenee’s”, house fishing and watching sports. Grant and Seth still talk everyday and we wouldn’t imagine saying “I do” without him.
Groomsman
Seth and Will met in college and lived together on and off campus. They were pretty inseparable at CSU, playing on the same intramural teams and working out together. They also share a love for college football and spent a good bit of their time together watching that. Will is another one of Seth’s friends that even though they don’t see each other every day, they always pick up right where they left off. We couldn’t imagine getting married without Will by our side!
Groomsman
We owe a lot of our relationship and where we are today to Wyatt because he is the one that introduced us to each other! Wyatt was Lora’s only friend going into school at Charleston Southern and he was already established on intramural teams, all of which Seth was a member of. Seth and Wyatt were suite-mates in the dorms and became very close over the years of living together. Some of our most fond college memories are with Wyatt and we couldn’t get married without him!
