When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 11th, 2026, to help us finalize our wedding plans and ensure your place at our celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue by 3:15 PM. This will provide ample time to park and find your seat before the ceremony begins at 3:30 PM. On-site parking will be available, but please note that traffic from Apple Hill may cause delays of up to 30 minutes if you're traveling from Sacramento. We suggest allowing extra time to ensure a stress-free arrival.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our wedding calls for Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire. We recommend elegant options like dress shirts, khakis, or slacks paired with loafers, as well as full-length dresses, pantsuits, and dressy flats or wedges. A nice blazer or jacket is suggested to keep warm during the outdoor celebration. Please avoid jeans, high heels (if concerns with outdoor setting), solid shades of green, and white attire.

For our wedding guests traveling by air, Sacramento International Airport is the closest airport, located just an hour's drive from our venue. Alternatively, Reno-Tahoe International Airport is also an option, though the drive from there will take approximately 2.5 hours.

Our venue is fully accessible, featuring paved pathways and ground-level entrances. We also provide a dedicated shuttle service to help guests from the parking area to the event space, ensuring everyone can easily enjoy our celebration.
