Please use the "RSVP" tab on this website to let us know your plans by July 7th, 2021. At that time, please also note any food restrictions or need for transportation up the hill to the ceremony site.
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that children not attend the ceremony or reception unless otherwise specified. If you are traveling with younger kids and in need of childcare, we highly recommend the Vermont Nanny Connection. Their sitters are screened and experienced, and they offer in-house hotel sitting (requires at least 48 hours notice). https://www.vermontnannyconnection.com/sitters
The dress code for all events is casual. Our venue is rustic, so please plan accordingly, especially when considering shoe choice.
Please do not BYOB; unfortunately, Vermont liquor laws prevent us from doing so.
An open bar offering beer, wine, and cider will be available throughout the evening.
Yes! There is parking available on site. You can also take the shuttle if staying at the Best Western or Fairfield, or you can arrange an Uber/Lyft, although options may be limited, so we recommend setting up a ride in advance. Please see the "Travel & Lodging" tab for more detailed information. Shuttle bus times are as follows: 3:30pm —————- 9:00pm 10:00pm 11:30pm
Cell and WiFi reception are limited as the venue is in rural Vermont, so please plan accordingly, such as by downloading directions in advance.
We recommend downloading "The Guest" app, which will allow you to upload your wedding photos to a shared album. You will also be able to view all shared photos taken by other guests at the wedding. We will email you an invitation for access to the private album in advance.
