When should I arrive for the wedding?

Answer

Please be advised that guests will be shuttled from the parking to the venue. The shuttle starts one hour prior to ceremony start time. Please arrive early so there is sufficient time to get everyone to the grounds. The venue cannot shuttle all the guests 10 minutes before the ceremony starts. Elderly, disabled, cars with young children and large groups can drop off at the venue and the driver can go back to park the car. There are some limited spots for a few cars at the main site. The ceremony will start at 4:30pm, please plan to be on the property no later then 4pm.

Please see the accommodations page for more details. There are also many air bnb’s in the area put book them fast as it is apple hill season!

Unfortunately, this is a private event. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We are allowing a limited number of children. When you enter your name to RSVP, it will show all people in your party including kids (if applicable).

What is the dress attire?

Answer

Traditional wedding attire. Keep in mind that the weather in October in California can be unpredictable. We advise bringing a light sweater or jacket for the evening, however it also maybe hot!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES! We will be having two signature cocktails (hand picked by us!) as well as a selection of beer and wine.

Does Uber/ Lyft/ Taxis pick up at the venue?

Answer

They do! Service is a little spotty though so we recommend to schedule one ahead of time or you are able to use the the venues land line to call a taxi.
