How do I book my stay? / ¿Cómo reservo mi estancia?

Answer

We have secured a room block at RIU Palace Costa Mujeres. We ask that you please book your room on our booking website or directly with our travel and wedding specialist Susan Wulf. What if I am unable to make it? / ¿Qué pasa si no puedo ir?

Answer

Though we will certainly miss your presence on our special day, we understand the trip may not be feasible for everyone. If you know you are unable to attend, please decline the RSVP through the website as soon as you know. The earlier we know, the better! When should I book my room? / ¿Cuándo debo reservar mi cuarto?

Answer

We recommend booking your room as soon as possible. Full payment is not required at the time of booking. (It is as low as $50 per person for a deposit.) There are payment plans available so you can start booking today! Rooms must be paid in full by 3/20/2023. Please visit the "Travel/Viaje" tab to book your stay. Recomendamos reservar su habitación lo antes posible. No se requiere el pago completo en el momento de la reserva. What do I wear to the wedding? / ¿Qué me pongo para la boda?

Answer

Consider yourself part of the wedding party, you will be in all the wedding pictures! Suits are not required, however we do ask that you stay away from jeans, shorts, flipflops, tanks and t-shirts. Attire is beach formal. We would love to see you all in light, beach friendly colors! Keep in mind that the weather temperature in June will be in the 80s, please plan accordingly for your formal beach attire. Can I still attend the wedding if I stay at another resort? / ¿Todavía puedo asistir a la boda si me alojo en otro hotel?

Answer

Yes you can, however, on the day of the wedding, each guest will be required to pay for a "guest pass" in order to attend the wedding. RIU will charge each guest $120 USD to enter the resort on the day of the wedding. You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the hotel. If this is the case, please inform our travel agent as soon as possible to ensure there are enough day passes for outside guests. Yes, transportation to and from the airport will be included once you book your travel with Susan Wulf. Once your flight is booked, you will need to email Susan so she can coordinate your ground transfer from the airport to the resort. When should I arrive? And How long should I stay?

Answer

We advise you to arrive at least the night before the wedding to be settled in. There is a 3 night minimum but you may stay as long as you like! This is your vacation too.

Catholic Ceremony will be offsite, how do I get there? / La ceremonia católica será fuera del sitio, ¿cómo llego?

Answer

We will have private round-trip transportation to Iglesia Estrella Del Mar leaving from RIU at 3:00pm on wedding day. The church is less than a 20 minute drive away. Tendremos transporte privado de ida y vuelta a Iglesia Estrella Del Mar saliendo desde RIU a las 3:00pm el día de la boda. La iglesia está a menos de 20 minutos en coche.
