FAQs

If you have any questions regarding the wedding or ceremony, please contact Haydee.
Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is business casual/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit (no tie) or a sports coat.

Question

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will both take place at Starship Yacht in Tampa. Please arrive no later than 10:40am so that you can go through TSA and board before the Yacht takes off.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Site Parking Directions: 1. The Garrison Parking Lot - download the ParkMobile app for an easier way to pay. 2. The Channelside Plaza Parking garage.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do not have a wedding block since most of the hotels are preparing for the Tampa Bay lights. Please be sure to book your hotels with ample time. You can find a list of the hotels in the TRAVEL section of the wedding website.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please mail back your RSVP to the address on the back of the invitation by no later than Sep 1st.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Once the registry is done, it will be open in the REGISTRY tab of the website. Due to Coast Guard guidelines, please avoid bringing wrapped gifts to the wedding ceremony/reception.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We invite you to be truly present at this special time during the ceremony. Please, turn off your cell phones and put down your cameras. The photographer will capture how this moment looks — I encourage you all to capture how it feels with your hearts, without the distraction of technology. Once the wedding party moves downstairs for the reception, feel free to take pictures and post them on your social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
