Are children and plus ones invited to the wedding?

Answer

Although we love every one of you, we request that only those named on the formal invite received attend our event.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible! However, we are aware that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes dates can be uncertain. Please fill out your RSVP form online no later than August 30th. If your availability changes and you cannot make the event, please get in touch with either of us individually so that we may update our information accordingly. If you do not RSVP by August 30th, we will be so excited to celebrate with you at a later time!

Where is the Ceremony and reception taking place?

Both our ceremony and reception will be taking place at Boojum Tree Hidden Gardens. 16026 N 36th St, Phoenix, AZ 85032

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the venue. Please do not park overnight to avoid potential fees and towing. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area. Please schedule your transportation accordingly beforehand.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see everyone in black tie-optional attire. A black-tie-optional dress code means you have the option to wear black-tie attire (an evening gown or a tuxedo), but can instead wear formal attire (a suit or long dress). Appropriate attire options for a black-tie-optional dress code include full-length gowns, long formal dresses, dressy jumpsuits and pantsuits, tuxedos, and suits. As with a black-tie dress code, it's generally best to avoid wearing colors that are too bright or light to a black-tie-optional wedding.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and dancing will be held outdoors. Dinner will be held inside the greenhouse. Please bring a coat, jacket, or cover if you tend to chill easily.

I have a dietary restriction. What food is being offered?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. There will be a meat and gluten-free/nut-free/vegan option available. Please notify us when you RSVP so that we can let the caterer know ahead of time on your behalf.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. There are no shot and no outside food and beverage policies at the venue. Please help us respect the property and those involved, and drink responsibly so we can enjoy the day. Please consider designating a driver if you have had a few drinks.

Where should we bring/send wedding gifts?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 7419 West Planada Lane, Glendale, Arizona 85310. However, a wedding card box and place for gifts will be at our reception if you choose to bring one in person. We also have an online registry attached to this website.

Can we post photos/videos on social media?

Answer

Please respect our privacy and don't share photos of our wedding on social media, as we'd like to make a formal wedding announcement with our professional images. Please especially do not post photos of children at the event to protect their safety and innocence.
