Please arrive between 5:00 and 5:20 pm. Allow yourself plenty of time to get from the parking lot and settled in your seat as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. If you are not from the area, please be aware that the Washington Bridge on 195 west leading into Providence is under construction. It causes major traffic jams, so please be sure to plan ahead. The doors will be closed at 5:30 for the ceremony and they will not be reopened until the ceremony is complete.
We will have a CASH only bar offering beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Please be sure to bring cash as the bar staff will not be able to accept credit/debit cards.
Please dress in cocktail attire. For example: Ladies in cocktail dresses and gentlemen in suits. Keep in mind that the venue is an indoor botanical garden. So even though we are getting married in the fall, indoors it may feel tropical!
The venue has a capacity limit so in order to stay under the limit we have a strict guest list. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation
As much as we love all your little ones, in order to allow all guests (including parents) an evening of relaxation and fun we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adults only occasion. We hope this advanced notice will allow you to make arrangements so you can come celebrate our big day with us and enjoy your night off!
There is a parking lot at the botanical gardens that can accommodate approximately 50 cars that will have a security attendant for the night. There is a secondary parking lot that is a little further away that could accommodate additional cars however, we recommend carpooling if the option is available for you.
If there are any food allergies please let us know in your RSVP so we can ensure there will be something for you to enjoy!
We would love to see the night through your eyes and can't wait to reminisce through your social media posts! However, we will be having a technology free ceremony so we request that all pictures be taken before or after the ceremony only. But don't worry we have an amazing photographer and videographer to capture our ceremony!
