Days before moving, Josh surprised Melanie with a trip back to the high school where they first met. There, they got to see old friends and teachers and re-explore their old stomping grounds. As they were getting ready to leave, they set up to retake an old photo in front of the schoolhouse. Armed with his camera, headmaster Fred caught as Josh went down on one knee and asked Melanie to spend the rest of their lives together. A celebratory dinner was had afterwards at the tavern where they had their first date years ago on Valentine's Day 2014.
