Visit A Christmas Story House
The House from A Christmas Story, now restored to its movie splendor, is open year round to the public for tours and overnight stays. Among the props and costumes are the toys from the Higbee’s window, Randy’s snowsuit, the chalkboard from Miss Shields’ classroom and the family car.
The North Pole Adventure - CVNP
This is more than just a train ride – it’s an immersive experience that will create cherished memories for children and adults of all ages. Watch in awe as the winter wonderland unfolds before your eyes, and feel the warmth of Christmas spirit fill the air. *NOTE* the North Pole Adventure is now sold out for the 2024 season, however feel free to watch the train arrive nightly at the North Pole as children wave from the train windows (at Winking Lizard in Peninsula)
Castle Noel
Step into the fantasy world of Mark Klaus, creator of CASTLE NOEL. “America’s Largest Year Round Indoor Christmas Entertainment Attraction.” Castle Noel features so many wonderful things to see and do. Housing the world’s largest privately owned collection of Hollywood Christmas movie props and costumes from your favorite Christmas movies including “The Grinch”, “Elf”; “Santa Claus The Movie”, “Fred Claus”, “The Santa Clause 1, 2 & 3”, “Jingle All The Way”, “Christmas Carol”, “Deck the Halls”, and MORE. (if you can only fit in one attraction, this is the one we recommend the most)
Zoo Lights at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo
Wild Winter Lights as well as the Wild Winter Lights Drive-Thru Experience runs from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on select dates from Tuesday, November 14 through Saturday, December 30.
Deck The Halls at Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens
Stan Hywet is the place to be during the holiday season! The estate is illuminated with 1.2 million holiday lights, and the Manor House is decorated in beautiful holiday fashion. Look for a sleigh ride date night for Santa and Mrs. Claus on the West Porch, the Reindeer Flight Academy in the Round Room, and an underwater mermaid party in Irene's Room -- just a few of the many decorating details in the Manor House!
Kringle's Inventionasium Experience
Let your imagination run wild and turn your most brilliant idea into reality. Only the most exceptional dreamers have what it takes to become an honorary elf and work with Kringle’s kooky inventing team as they prepare for the holiday season. Guests participate in the engineering design process as they venture through the laboratory and invent their own toy to show Mr. Kringle.
