What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4 PM! The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM sharp.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

There is a huge parking lot on site!

What is the weather like this time of year?

Answer

The weather is typically perfect this time of the year! Expect mid 60's to low 70's at the peak of the day. It will cool down a lot by the evening. There is forced heating in the reception tent if you forget a sweater or jacket!

Are we allowed to take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will kindly ask our guests to put their phones away so the photographer and videographer can get the best shots without phones in the way! We will make sure they make these available to you.

Question

Will you be providing transportation?

Answer

At this moment, we do not plan to provide transportation. However, the venue has 14 passenger shuttles that cost $600 per shuttle. Please reach out to us if you are interested in these services so you don't have to worry about alcohol consumption. We can always try to coordinate a common pick-up site for you all.
