Please let us know if you will be able to join us at our welcome party the night before the wedding. We would love to see as many people as possible. We will have a section reserved for our group to mingle and enjoy some drinks/apps. This will be casual and another excuse to see everyone. Please RSVP so we can let the venue know how many people to expect.

Ceremony & Reception

Formal/Upscale Cocktail (dress up & feel pretty)- Have fun! Bold colors and playful accessories

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. It will be followed by a long cocktail hour, dinner and an evening of dancing. We recommend taking an Uber or Taxi to the wedding, but there is plenty of parking. It is about 15-20 minutes from downtown. As much as we love your little ones this is an adults only event. * Pre- Wedding Activities- Welcome Party For those in Calgary before the wedding, we will send meet up spots in downtown Calgary to get together as we get closer for Thursday evening. Friday we invite all to join for a casual welcome party at CRAFT Beer Market in downtown Calgary. We want to see as much of everyone as possible while in Calgary. We plan on heading to Banff the Sunday after the wedding for those who wish to extend their trip/weekend.

Banff- after the wedding (we will be there Oct 1-4)

4:00 pm

We will be going to Banff for 3 nights right after the wedding and invite any and all to join us. I will be planning meet up spots/ happy hours etc. for those who wish to extend there Canadian Rocky experience. It is only a 1 hour drive from Calgary, and very doable for one night or more. Please message us if you plan on being in Banff.
