Tell me about transportation on the big day!
Answer
We will sending Uber vouchers to all guests in the hotel to take them to and from our venue! Info will be in your welcome bags in the hotel :) It is a 15-20 minute drive to our venue so please plan accordingly!

Is there parking at the hotel and event space?
Answer
Yes! Parking is available at both the Hotel Raddison and Belle Voir. Both are free!

Can I Bring a Plus one?
Answer
While we want to include everyone in our special day, you cannot bring a plus one unless indicated on your invitation.

Should I bring a gift? Where is your registry?
Answer
While your presence at our special day is more than enough, we do have a registry! And we will have a card box.

If I have a question or need help with something, who do I contact?

If you have any questions before November, please feel free to email Sara and Joe at longthornewedding@gmail.com or call/text Sara or Joe with questions. Have a question in November/close to the wedding? Please don't ask the bride and groom, we're running around like headless chickens! Please direct questions to our coordinators. Contact info will be given out the week of the wedding for day of questions and concerns.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin at 4:30! Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 4 PM but no later than 4:25 if possible.
