Jake and I met 2 years ago through our church's college ministry. We knew of each other and ran in similar circles, but never knew each other very well. I then had an opportunity to intern with college ministry, while Jake worked on staff there. As you can imagine, we got to know each other a little better! To my surprise, Jake asked me on a date in February of 2022. We will always look back fondly on our long Sunday afternoon drives through the country, roadtrips with friends, and coffee shop dates of this season. Throughout our relationship, the Lord has proven His abundant faithfulness. Jake prepared the most perfect proposal on December 30th, 2022 at our favorite spot on the lake. We will be married in April and living in an apartment in Denton! Thank you for joining us in the celebration of what the Lord has done!
