What can we expect for weather?

Hard telling! The weather in Jefferson, NC is generally about 10 degrees cooler than what's happening in Charlotte. It's also much higher elevation, so of course a bit more breeze. Best to dress in layers. When we were visiting last year at the same time it was about 70ish.

What's the best plan for getting there?

Answer

You might have noticed Jefferson is in the Mountains. It really is beautiful here! It's a bit of a hike from New York, New Mexico, Georgia, Alaska, Arizona, Vermont and most of the other places ya'll are traveling from. Charlotte is probably the most economical flight coming in and out, and it's about 2 hours from the venue. If you’re thinking of making a little vacation of the weekend, Asheville is a great town and also has a regional airport. Greensboro is about an hour and a half drive as well. The most important thing to remember is these roads will require plenty of time for navigating. North Carolina does not believe in shoulders, it’s crazy! So there isn't really any place to pull off, or space for error. Give yourself plenty of time and enjoy the scenery.

Having trouble with the RSVP?

Answer

Try to enter just the first and last name of one person of your group. For example: Joshua Rowland or Jessica Long. No luck, send one of us a txt and we can get it squared aware for you.

Flying Solo?

Answer

That's cool - If you're in the RSVP section and are not bringing someone along, just enter "Guest Unknown" in the guest field and mark 'Will Not Attend". This will allow you to select yourself as attending, and will allow you to select the food options and answer any questions. If you are bringing a guest but are still not sure who, you will still need to add a name to the field, even if it “Guest Unknown”. As in Guest (first name) Unknown (last name).

Are kids invited?

Million dollar question! There will be some kids there - and we do love kids, obviously. If your invitation says, "family" or lists your child by name, please RSVP individually for them. If not we ask you to please come join the party yourselves and enjoy a night out!

Want to spend time with Masyn and Lucas?

Answer

We are so excited to see everyone! It’s been years since we’ve seen some of you. It’s going to be a fast weekend for sure. In the midst of all the excitement we want to keep them accounted for, out of trouble and scheduled. 😊 Our Nanny will be spending the weekend with us and keeping track of their coming and going. Long story short, sure you can! Just let her know who you are, have your finger prints and background check ready, that you've got them and when you're bringing them back! She'll be on top of their every move!
