Matt and Justin met at Purdue where they became Fraternity Brothers. After Purdue, Matt and Justin lived together in Wrigleyville for 3 years.

Claire is Matt's youngest sister. Marrying Matt means I also gain the incredible sisters I always hoped to have. Claire is so welcoming and supportive!

Matt and Brett met at Purdue where they became Fraternity Brothers. Brett moved up to Chicago after school where we have continued to be close friends.
Caroline Kalkowski

Caroline is Brett’s cousin. We grew up walking to each other’s houses for play dates, going to school together (although Caroline is one grade younger), and eventually living together in Chicago. Because I didn’t have any sisters, Caroline has been my built in best friend and the closest person I’ve ever had to a sister.

Brett and Meg met as roommates after college. Both teachers, we supported each other through the start of our teaching careers. Despite living 3 hours away now, we still send each other lunch one day every September as the school year starts up to make the start of the school year just a little bit easier for each other.
