Wedding Day
Please plan to meet at The Chateau, where plenty of free parking is available, and transportation will be provided from here to the Ceremony and then back to The Chateau for the Reception.

Our wedding shuttle will be running at 3pm, 3:15pm, and 3:30pm to take guests from The Chateau to Sand Harbor Beach. This is only a 9 minute (4.9 miles) ride to the Ceremony.

Our wedding shuttle from Sand Harbor Beach to The Chateau will be taking guests at 4:45pm, 5:00pm and 5:15pm. This is only a 9 minute (4.9 miles) ride to the Reception.
Flight
Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO)
This is the closest airport to the Ceremony/Reception site. This is a 45 minute drive to the Incline Village Area. Airport Shuttle Service can be booked (required 24-hours in advance) through North Lake Tahoe Express for drop off at Incline Village hotels (The Incline Lodge & Hyatt) between 10am-8pm. Rates go down with a bigger group, with $55/person one way with a group of 5 or more (max is 11). Book reservations via their app (same name), or phone at (833) 709-8080, or online by clicking below:

Traveling around Tahoe
A rental car or airport shuttle service through North Lake Tahoe Express is recommended to travel from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport to Incline Village (45 minute drive). To get around the Incline Village area (Zone 3), on-demand curb-to-curb and regular transit services from TART is free of charge and their schedule and route map can be found below. Their service is available from 3pm-9pm daily and services Incline Village, Kings Beach, Truckee, Carnelian Bay and many other North Lake Tahoe areas. TART Connect App can also be downloaded to reserve a ride for night service.
