Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive early, no later than 3:45. The entrance will be closed at 3:55 due to it being directly behind the ceremony location. Once you arrive please make your way to the ceremony area in front of the pond, under the large tree and wait for the bride! Please NO WEDDING GUESTS INSIDE THE FARM HOUSE, family included. The house will be restricted to bridal party only. Kindly wait at the ceremony area once you arrive. We’re so excited to have you!

Can we take photos?
Answer
We will have an unplugged ceremony so no photos during our ceremony please, the photographers have it covered! However, we will have POV QR codes located all over the cocktail hour and reception. You can take photos throughout the night that will auto upload them to a shared file for everyone at the wedding! Please get some good ones for us!

Will we be outside?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held in the grass, outside at the Hardin’s farm house and the reception and after party will be held in the barn. When you arrive, please follow directions for parking and make your way to the ceremony area under the tree in front of the pond.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please have your RSVPs in no later than October 1st 2024, our reception will have assigned seating so it is important to RSVP to ensure your seat and meal.

Is the wedding kid friendly?
Answer
Due to seating limitations, children listed on the invitation or that do not require their own seat are welcome but please be mindful of our location and keep eyes on them at all times. There are two, easily accessible ponds on the property, directly next to wedding festivities.

Can I bring a plus one/extra guest?
Answer
Due to budget and venue restrictions, the only plus ones we can accommodate are spouses or anyone else specified on your invitation. This will be a seated reception so it is important to RSVP, if we do not receive the RSVP we will not plan for you to attend.

Bathroom Accommodations
Answer
We will have a full mobile bathroom available next to the barn. Please NO WEDDING GUESTS INSIDE THE FARM HOUSE, family is included. The house will be restricted to bridal party only. Kindly wait at the ceremony area once you arrive.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! Parking for both will be on the property in the grass area. There will be signs directing you where to park. Please be mindful that the property will get dark after sunset and there are ponds on the property.
