Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please wear cocktail attire. Our wedding colors will be yellow, blues and greens so come in theme or wear any bright colors!! Can't wait to see everyone looking sharp!

Unless stated on your invitation, we do not have the capacity to accommodate plus ones.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are truly grateful to be surrounded by such a large and loving extended family, and we hold deep affection for all of your children. However, due to the nature of our celebration, we kindly request that our wedding be reserved for adult guests only.

Where is the reception and ceremony?

Answer

Both the wedding ceremony and reception will be at the same location, Fox Meadow Barn in Winchester, VA. The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside while the reception will be inside with air conditioning.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue and there should be Ubers in the area as well. The venue is less than 10 minutes from the Mariott.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You will RSVP here on our website. There is a RSVP tab where you can type in your name and you and your party will show up! Please RSVP before June 15, 2026. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will have to mark you as not attending as we need final numbers to our vendors. We hope to see you all there!

When should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you get the ceremony around 3:40 PM. Our ceremony will be starting promptly at 4 PM with cocktail hour and reception to follow.

Yes we will be gathering at West Oaks Farm Market the evening before the wedding. See the schedule tab for more information.
