Cory and I met a little over four years ago in one of our hometown bars that I used to serve tables at as a waitress. After a few times of him asking me to go to lunch with him and a thanksgiving meal with oreo cheesecake bites as dessert, I said YES to lunch with the man I would spend forever with. Cory says he knew since day one what our future would hold. What an amazing journey we have had so far. We are excited to celebrate our special day with each and everyone of you!
FINALLY!!!! It wasn't just like any other day, like most would say about their engagement. It was my birthday and if you know me..you know the day of birth in my world is celebrated all week/month. (: I woke up early that morning, too excited to sleep, ready to start the day, and Cory slept til 11 at least. The longest hours of my life waiting to hear the plans he had in store for my birthday (yes, I know I'm dramatic). We decided to get ready and go out to lunch somewhere, so I jumped in the shower (it was hair day, ladies you know what this means). I can hear him stirring around in the bedroom, but not acknowledging because Cory is always very well dressed and put together for every outing, so this was normal. As I stood in a towel with a Q-tip in my ear, I turned to my left to find Cory on one knee. Saying "YES" was the easiest and best thing I've done so far in life. #LONGbeforesheknew
