Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony 30-45 minutes before and be seated 5-10 minutes before the official ceremony start time.

What happens in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is a 3 hour gap in between the ceremony and reception. The travel time between the two locations is roughly 1 hour. If you are not taking pictures with the wedding couple, there will be light bites after the ceremony and refreshments will be available at the reception location at 3:00 pm. Please plan accordingly.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by January 17, 2026. Confirming the number of guests attending will greatly help with planning.

Please change your RSVP on the website or contact the wedding couple.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. It is highly encouraged to wear pastel colors but not required.

Will the ceremony and/or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, however there are paved pathways for walking. Some chairs may be on the grass for the ceremony. The reception will be indoors.

Is there parking available at the venue(s)?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at both the ceremony and receptions sites. Parking at the ceremony site may be limited, however street parking should also be available so please be prepared. There should be ample parking at the reception site.

Answer

More than anything, we are excited to celebrate with all of you! We’ve realized that what we truly need is a getaway to celebrate the start of our marriage. We are planning to explore new parts of Japan and have set up a honeymoon fund to help us make the trip unforgettable. We kindly prefer cash contributions, which can be placed in the gifts and well wishes box at the reception. You may also send contributions digitally through Zelle at (408) 644-9824.
