August 2021- Matthew and Kirsten met for the first time when they started physical therapy school at Pacific University September 2021- First Date! We went to the Oregon coast for a hike and lunch October 2021- We're official and Kirsten met Matthew's family for the first time December 2021- Matthew met Kirsten's family for the first time May 2022- Finished our first year of PT school and started our first clinical rotation with Kirsten in Portland, OR and Matthew in Bend, OR July 2022- We both got COVID, yet we were in different states September 2022- We completed a 2000 piece marvel puzzle while watching marvel movies :) October 2022- One year together! Celebrated with a trip to the zoo and made personalized blankets! January 2023- Clinical rotation number 2, Kirsten went to Coos Bay, OR and Matthew travelled to Cheyenne, WY February 2023- We travelled to the national physical therapy conference in San Diego, CA March 2023- Day trip to Pacific City, OR where Matthew made Kirsten climb "the dune" May 2023- Finished year 2 of PT school and celebrated with friends at the coast June 2023- Matthew turned 30 and we went on the "Trail of Ten Falls" hike July 2023- Trip to Sacramento! We drove down to CA to visit family and go on the annual Shasta trip August 2023- Clinical Rotation 3! Kirsten moved in with Sherri for her rotation in Gresham, OR and Matthew travelled to Everett, WA for his October 2023- We "moved in" together! During our last part of schooling on campus, we lived in a trailer for 8 weeks November 2023- We're Engaged! Matthew popped the question and Kirsten said "YES!" December 2023- We got Tempe! We travelled to Sacramento, CA for the holidays and pick up our very own fur baby then drove back to Gresham, OR to celebrate with Matthew's family January 2024- Moved to Newberg, OR to live together for our 4th clinical rotation! Kirsten commuted to Salem, OR and Matthew to Beaverton, OR. March 2024- Last clinical rotation! Kirsten heads to Medford, OR and Matthew to Arroyo Grande, CA! May 2024- Graduation! We both got a Doctorate in Physical Therapy! Now we are living with Sherri and studying for our licensing exam that is in July! June 2024- Matthew's Birthday, continuing to plan our wedding and study July 2024- Took our big exam and WE PASSED!!!!
