Calgary Stampede
WE WILL BE HERE ON MONDAY JULY 11!!!! The Calgary Stampede is an annual rodeo, exhibition, and festival in Calgary, dates are July 8-17, 2022 The event, which bills itself as "The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth", attracts over one million visitors per year and features one of the world's largest rodeos, a parade, midway, stage shows, concerts, agricultural competitions, chuckwagon racing, and First Nations exhibitions. We would highly recommend you go for at least one day whilst in Calgary. Please click the below link for all the details you may need.
Golf - to be confirmed - SilverTip Resort
For those who would be keen, fingers crossed we can get a casual round of golf in on Thursday morning (7th July). Tee times availability to be confirmed along with a booking discount code if possible. Please reach out to the groom if you are interested.
Lake Louise
Take a casual stroll around the lake, hike one of the many surrounding trails, canoe Lake Louise or settle down with some drinks and a meal at the Chateau gardens. Note: Parking is limited at Lake Louise and Moraine Lake and fills quickly during daylight hours, so planning ahead is key. On the #1 Hwy there is a Park and Ride lot with shuttle buses to both areas but arrive early to avoid long lines.
Lake Agnes Tea House
One of the most popular hikes in the area. The trail to the Lake Agnes Tea House starts at the front of the lake near the Fairmont Chateau Hotel. If the golf is a go with the groom on July 7, the bride is going for a hike! Distance: One way 3.6km Elevation: Gain 400m Rating Of Hike: Moderate
Banff
We highly recommend you take some time to check out the Banff area. Take the gondola up Sunshine Mountain, walk the main strip of downtown Banff and shop the boutiques, find a rooftop bar for some happy hour drinks, go for a hike, horsehide, or relax at the Fairmont Spa. The options are endless!

Take some time to relax in the natural thermal pools & ease any tension and sore muscles away while enjoying the mountain backdrop.
