What is the dress code?

Dress code is semi-formal. Please no jeans or casual dresses.

Yes, children are included but only if absolutely necessary. We would love for you to take the evening as a date night/weekend get-a-way if possible for you! Please reach out to Gina or Karen if more clarity is needed on this.

Where do I park?

Answer

If there is not an event at the Tennessee Titan stadium, we have access to the lot right in front of the Bridge Building for parking. If there is an event, we will have a valet service to make parking easiest for you. The hotels we have blocks at will have a shuttle service to/from the Bridge Building. Option to walk from Downtown to the Bridge Building via the Pedestrian Bridge.

Is the venue indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The Bridge Building is located right a long the river in Nashville and there is a beautiful outdoor space. The ceremony will be semi-outdoors as well on the roof top but will be shaded, and climate controlled if needed.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM, please arrive by 5:15 PM.
