Is there a dress code?

We kindly request that our guests honor our special day by dressing in black tie optional attire. We believe this will add to the elegance and ambiance of our celebration.

What is black tie optional?

Answer

Black tie optional is synonymous to formal. Think suit and ties or tux for gentlemen and lower hemlines like midis and full length dresses for the ladies. We appreciate your cooperation in making our wedding a memorable and elegant event.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will take place on the lawn of The Golf Club at Blackrock with cocktail hour to follow (outdoors). We will then enjoy the wedding reception of dinner and dancing indoors.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are still ironing out the exact details, but you can plan on a shuttle for wedding day from The Coeur d'Alene Resort to The Golf Club at Blackrock with a returning shuttle making a stop at the after party location and The Coeur d'Alene Resort following the wedding. Please be sure to check back for exact shuttle timing.

Can I bring a date?

We kindly request that our guests refrain from bringing additional guests (plus ones) to our wedding unless explicitly invited on the invitation. We have planned our event with an intimate guest list in mind and we appreciate your understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are creating an intimate and adult-oriented atmosphere for our wedding celebration and kindly request that our guests make childcare arrangements for this special evening. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We will confirm meal choices with wedding invitations, which will be mailed at a later time. In the meal selection process there will be space to indicate allergies.
