Mike was at his Navy base in Virginia where he befriended Chelseys younger brother, Logan. Logan invited Mike to a weekend trip back home to PA. The second day of their trip was spent out on the river, a trip Chelsey had planned. The day was brilliant & filled with many laughs & great conversation. After their trip was over, Logan caught on that Mike had a “thing” for Chelsey and he started using her as “bait” to bribe Mike into making another trip back to NW Pa..and it worked.
