Where should we stay in the area?
Answer
The school does not allow guests to stay in the dorms, but there are a few hotels and Air BnB's in the area. There are more hotels in nearby towns if you do not want to stay at an Air BnB: https://www.colgate.edu/about/about-hamilton-ny/hotels-accommodations. See the “Travel” page for more information.

Yes, if you call Hotel One75 and mention Erin or Zac, you will get a discounted room rate.

See the Things To Do header, or simply walk around downtown Hamilton and visit the local shops.

Please do not bring any children. We kindly request the ceremony and reception to be adults-only.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking on campus! If you are staying close to town, and the weather is agreeable, it is a short walk from town to the Hall of Presidents. Please find a map of the campus here: https://www.colgate.edu/node/483 Our wedding will be at James C. Colgate Hall on the upper floor, NOT James B. Colgate Hall.

What happens if I do not RSVP on time?
Answer
If we do not receive your RSVP by the requested date, you will be marked “no”. We will miss you, but we have to provide a guest count to the vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Thank you for your understanding!

Answer

There will also be signage day-of, directing you where to go. The full adress is James C. Colgate Hall, upper floor 38 Lalley Ln Hamilton, NY 13346
