It started in seventh grade This boy moved to this small town school, the little girl saw him across the playground playing basketball ball, she never could have guessed that was going to be her husband. They didn’t cross paths much, always had crushes but never acted on them. Then eighth grade came around… It was the last semester of our middle school era. We both unknowingly signed up for garden class hoping to get in, many kids wanted to get into this class and somehow we both ended up here, walked in on the first day and saw that boy from seventh grade little did we know we’d end up being each others whole world. We started talking in class and before we knew it we were sitting across from each other and messaging each other constantly. Eventually we got the courage to make moves and we started dating September 18th, 2019. We were just kids who grew to love each other and understand how to make a relationship work. After so much trial and error and hard work, out of blatantly just wanting to be together, they finally got to a healthy steady relationship and have been inseparable ever since. Only rooting for each other and constantly supporting one n other in every possible way Six years later.. that same date is still with us, September 18th. Now this boy who I use to ask to hammer my nails in on my garden swing, just to get a chance to talk to him, is now my fiancé and soon to be my husband. Now this girl who “just wants to be friends”, and after a lot of chasing, is now my fiancé and soon to be my wife.

Comenzó en el séptimo grado, un chico se mudó a una escuela de una pequeña ciudad, la niña lo vio a través del patio de recreo jugando baloncesto, ella nunca podría haber adivinado que iba a ser su esposo. No cruzaron caminos mucho, siempre se querían conocer pero ambos nunca actuaron. En el último semestre del octavo grado los dos, sin saberlo, se inscribieron a la misma clase de jardín con la esperanza de entrar, muchos alumnos querían entrar a la clase y de alguna manera ambos terminaron en ella. Entró la niña a la clase y miró al mismo niño del séptimo grado, nunca imaginarían que terminarían siendo sus vidas enteras. Empezaron a hablar en la clase y antes de darse cuenta estaban sentados uno frente al otro y enviándose mensajes constantemente. Finalmente tuvieron el valor de dar los pasos y empezaron a salir el 18 de septiembre del 2019. Eran solo niños que crecieron a amarse y entender como hacer que una relación funcione. Después de tantas pruebas, errores, y esfuerzo por querer estar juntos, finalmente llegaron a tener una relación estable y saludable, desde entonces han sido inseparables. Animando y apoyando el uno para el otro de todas las formas posibles seis años después. Esa misma fecha todavía sigue con ellos, el 18 de septiembre. Ahora el chico al que le pidió que martille los clavos en su columpio de jardín, solo para tener la oportunidad de hablar con él, es el prometido de la chica y pronto será su marido. Ahora la chica que “solo quiere ser su amiga” y después de perseguir de tras tantas veces ahora es su prometida y pronto será su esposa.
