When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Saturday, July 6 via the RSVP form on our wedding website.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding is an adults-only event with the exception of family. We appreciate your understanding.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. We kindly ask that all guests please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to ensure you have time to find parking and be seated before the ceremony.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

THE STONEHURST is located at 9485 Stonehurst Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 91352, roughly 4 miles from the Hollywood Burbank Airport (formerly Bob Hope Airport). You can find a map on our wedding website under the 'Schedule' tab.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary valet parking available at the venue. However, due to limited space (50-60 max depending on vehicle size) we kindly encourage guests to carpool or rideshare if possible. Please note, there is NO street or off-site parking allowed in the surrounding neighborhood and vehicles that do not adhere to parking instructions will be towed at owner's expense.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our Wedding Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be held outdoors at the Grand Terrace and Bamboo Garden. Our Reception will be held indoors/outdoors at the Greenhouse/Cactus Garden.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual/cocktail attire. For this time of year in California, may we suggest the following: Women: sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony. Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us and kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture the special moments, and we will share the photos with you afterward.

Are there meal options for vegetarians or guests with food allergies?

Answer

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

THE STONEHURST is a non-smoking/vaping facility and will be strictly enforced by security both in and around the venue vicinity. We appreciate your understanding.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

As most of our guests are local, we do not have hotel room blocks secured. For any out-of-town guests, we are happy to help provide recommendations - please reach out to us directly!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We are looking forward to celebrating with you on our big day. Having you attend our wedding is the greatest gift of all, however if you wish to give a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be sincerely appreciated.

I lost my belongings, is there a lost and found?

Answer

THE STONEHURST does not take responsibility for personal effects left on the premises, however, a lost and found will be maintained and any recovered items held for up to thirty days. If you have lost an item, please contact us for assistance and every attempt will be made to return any recovered items to their rightful owners.
