When should I RSVP by?

Invitations will be going out soon! In the meantime, all the information is right here on the website and you can RSVP under the RSVP tab. Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by August 1st. We’re so excited to celebrate with you and appreciate your reply by the deadline to help us plan everything smoothly!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors at the campground, so we recommend dressy-casual or semi-formal attire that’s comfortable for nature—think sundresses, dress shirts, and nice shoes (but maybe skip the stilettos!) We’d love for guests to dress up a bit, but no need for suits, gowns, or anything too formal. Layers are also a good idea, as the weather may cool off in the evening.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving to Twin Bears by 4:30pm, to give yourself plenty of time to park and walk to the ceremony site. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm Due to limited space at the ceremony site, seating will be reserved for close family and invited guests. If you’ll be around and would like to join us for the ceremony, we’d love to have you there to share in the moment. We just ask for your help in making sure those with designated seats are able to be accommodated. As a small request, we kindly ask that guests refrain from using cell phones or taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. We promise to share plenty of beautiful pictures afterward!

If your invitation includes the option to bring a plus one, it will be noted when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Twin Bears Campground has plenty of activities to keep kids entertained during the stay—including mini golf, a pool, a mining sluice, and more!
