What is the attire?
Answer
This will be a black tie only event. Kindly wear tuxedos or floor length gowns.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We have made an effort to include a plus one for everyone however we are currently at our venue's maximum capacity. If you feel we left out someone important please reach out to us so that we can work to accommodate them.

Are my kids invited?
Answer
As far as we're concerned, the more the merrier and we would have loved to invite all of our friends' children but due to venue capacity constraints, we can only accommodate a few close family children.

Will there be a shuttle or valet provided?
Answer
For guests staying at the local Hilton Garden Inn, there will be continuous shuttle service throughout the evening. All of our Philadelphia based guests will be provided a round trip to and from the Ashford estate, departing Philadelphia at approximately 3:30PM and returning at the end of the afterparty at 1/1:30AM. You only need to RSVP for this shuttle if using it.

Will there be parking at the venue?

For those who choose to drive to the venue, there will be valet provided on the premises.

What are the closest airports?
Answer
We recommend everyone fly into Philadelphia International Airport. If alternative airports are easier for your itinerary, then consider Newark or JFK.

Will the wedding be outside?
Answer
Yes! Weather permitting the wedding will be outside. The walkways will be paved. The rain plan (which will not happen because it will be sunny and warm!!) will be in a covered area on the Estate.

How do I RSVP to all of the events?
Answer
Please see the RSVP tab. Under this tab you may select individual events you'd like to participate in. RSVP tab will be available when invitations are sent.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
Yes, entrees are made to order the night of the wedding and can accommodate any allergy.

Answer
As we begin this new chapter, we're grateful to have you in our lives. Instead of a traditional gift registry, we've set up a newlywed fund. Your contribution, in any amount, will help us plan the perfect start to our married life together!
