Ashley and Logan have chosen to celebrate their love with their closest friends and family by renting out a YMCA campground for the weekend! They invite all of you to join them for a weekend full of quality time starting on Friday, October 16 at 4 pm through Sunday, October 18 at 11 am. We will be sleeping in shared cabins, eating meals in the dining hall, and have lots of camp activities to participate in. The wedding ceremony will be held on Saturday, October 17 at 11 am (see the "Schedule" tab on this website for more information about the timeline).
We would LOVE for all our guests to join us for the whole weekend, and also understand if you cannot - please use the RSVP to indicate whether you plan to join for the overnight camping experience or just for the daytime activities.
Please RSVP by March 15 by visiting the "RSVP" tab on this website.
Committing to spending the full weekend at camp with us means assignment to a bunk bed in our lovely wood cabins (with shared bathrooms and showers), all meals for the weekend provided buffet style in our dining hall by camp staff, and many camp activities including a pool party, field games, game nights, karaoke, bon fires, and dance parties! Check in is Friday at 4 pm and checkout is Sunday at 11 am.
The couple chose not to use a traditional gift registry. Instead, they kindly ask that you consider covering the cost of your overnight cabin stay - the recommended contribution is $150 per guest ($300 for a couple), and you can find a link to their wedding fund on the "Gift Registry" tab on this website. If you're not able to financially contribute to your lodging, please don't let this deter you from joining us for the overnight stay - simply reach out to Logan to let him know so he can plan accordingly, as we would love to have every one of you for the full weekend celebration!
Camp is located at 16275 Highway 9, Boulder Creek, CA 95006, about 45 minutes away from San Jose. Most internet map directions, smart phones or in car GPS devices will direct you to use Bear Creek Road. While this route is faster by a few minutes, the road is very narrow and winding and is sometimes closed; the camp recommends taking the Highway 17 route or the Highway 9 via Saratoga. We also highly recommend you download the directions to camp in case you lose cell signal.
The dress code for the wedding ceremony is semi-formal, and for the rest of the weekend activities we recommend casual, comfortable attire.
Except for certified service/guide dogs, no animals are allowed.
