Bridal party and vendor arrival

The first 15 minutes will be event set up, so please make sure you are on time to help! After all the decor is set we will move into the separate suites (Groomsmen in one, Bridesmaids in the other) on site to start getting ready!

As most of you know we moved to San Antonio, Texas last summer! Any wedding gifts we receive will have to be brought back on the plane with us. With that being said, we will have a card box and a honeymoon fund box available for our guests!

If you plan on giving a toast let me know so I can add you to the list! If you decide last minute you want to say a few words there will be an open mic at the end of the formal toasts.

The site closes promptly at 10:00pm so we need to make sure everybody and everything is out by 9:45!
