Welcome Party Downtown Deadwood

7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

We invite you to kick off the celebration in downtown Deadwood! Join us for a wedding welcome party at Landmark Casino, located on the second floor in the Adam’s Room. Enjoy live music by Tyler Bills, light bites, and cocktails as we begin the weekend together. This is a come-and-go event—stay as long as you’d like and celebrate with us! 21+ Event

I Dos & The Party

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

We invite you to dress in your best elevated summer cocktail style. Our celebration will be held outside (rain or shine), so please keep the weather and terrain in mind when selecting your formal attire. There will be uneven ground/gravel, we suggest wearing shoes that are both chic and comfortable. Please view our FAQs Page for more details.

Guests will arrive via shuttle to the Summit at 3:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, followed by cocktail hour, dinner stations, sunset views, and dancing. Shuttles will depart after the last dance at 10:00 PM to return guests to Downtown Deadwood and Powder House Pass. EARLY PICK UP: There will be a pick up at 9:00 PM to Deadwood & Powder House Pass for anyone ready to depart the party.

Morning After Brunch

You’re invited to a farewell brunch at Gregg & Judy Welch’s cabin in Powder House Pass! Join us anytime between 10am and 12pm for brunch and refreshments as we wrap up the weekend’s celebrations!
