When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you please RSVP by 5/09/26. At that time, we will submit official headcounts to our vendors. After that date, we will mark you down as not coming and you will be unable to attend. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

4:30 in the afternoon.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we're asking for semi-formal attire—polished yet comfortable for an outdoor celebration. We expect temperatures around 70 degrees, so we recommend bringing a layer for the evening as it may cool down. Your destination is 200 acres of Oregon forest and about 1,400 feet up the side of a hillside/small mountain! You will encounter some inclines, gravel, and uneven pathways. It’s best to wear shoes that are both fashionable and functional! Please avoid: white, cream, or ivory dresses; stilettos; blue jeans; t-shirts; and full tuxedos or black-tie ensembles.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We're keeping our ceremony unplugged to preserve the moment, and we've hired a professional photographer to capture it all. We kindly ask that you refrain from cell phone photography during the ceremony. That said, feel free to snap away during the reception—we'd love to see your photos!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to our venue's capacity, we're only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, children are only invited if named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "The (Your Last Name) Family" if your children have been invited.

FIRE SAFETY IS A BIG DEAL AT MOUNT TOM HOUSE Violating the rules below will result in immediate removal from the property and a minimum $1,000 fine Smoking & vaping is permitted in the designated smoking area ONLY: on the cement parking pad near the garage Smoking, vaping, open flames & camp fires are absolutely prohibited everywhere else on the property, including: parking areas trails near the ponds & terraces the canvas tent area inside the house or on the balconies
