Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we LOVE children and would love to accommodate them all, we are limited to strict guest capacity. Few exceptions have been made extending primarily to our immediate family. If your child's name is not specifically listed under your household's RSVP, we hope you understand and see this opportunity to not only celebrate with us, but also enjoy a date night.

Can I bring a "Plus One" or Guest?

Answer

As stated in the above question, the venue's capacity is limited. Plus Ones have been allotted under the household's RSVP where it applies or is needed. Please do not bring any additional guests without our knowledge.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we understand traveling can be tough. Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No", so we can plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. To help us celebrate our day, we are requesting Cocktail/Semi-Formal Dress Code (no jeans). For men, we recommend khaki/dress pants and a dress shirt. Tie and jacket are optional. For ladies, we recommend cocktail-style or full-length dresses or jumpsuits. *Bridesmaids will be wearing terracotta color dresses and groomsmen will be wearing navy suits.

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The plan is for an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony start time is 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior so that you can be seated. There will be shuttle service from the Ann Arbor Regent Hotel with limited capacity (seats 11). Shuttle pick-up from hotel: 3:30PM, 4:00PM Shuttle pick-up from Venue: 10:00PM, 11:00 PM

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided to and from the Ann Arbor Regent Hotel and Washtenaw Golf Club throughout the night. The shuttle can only accommodate so many guests at a time so please plan ahead to ensure you arrive at the venue on time! Shuttle pick-up time hotel: 3:30PM, 4:00PM Shuttle pick-up from Venue: 10:00PM, 11:00 PM

Is there parking available for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking on-site at Washtenaw Golf Club right outside the ceremony and reception space.

Is the location wheelchair and/or handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! And it's one of the reasons we chose this location. Handicap parking and ramps are available for easy access.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

NO photos or phones during the ceremony, please. We are having an "Unplugged Ceremony" and request that you please put phones and cameras away and enjoy the moment with us. We will have a professional photographer and videographer on-site and are happy to share those photos with all of you. When we look back on our wedding photos, we would like to see your smiling faces, not you holding your phone.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We ask that you please drink responsibly. If you will be drinking, please utilize the shuttle to and from the Ann Arbor Regent Hotel or an Uber/Lyft for everyone's safety.

What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

We understand that some guests may have food allergies or dietary restrictions, and we want to make sure that everyone can enjoy the wedding reception without any concerns. Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will work with the venue to accommodate your needs.

Is there smoking on site?

Answer

No, there is no smoking on the Washtenaw Golf Club grounds.
